Bryan's Personal Biography
After graduating from high school in his native town of Colorado Springs, Colorado,
Bryan Dodge headed off to the University of Nebraska with a full ride scholarship that he
earned by running track. Graduating in 1980 with a degree in Animal Science with a
Production Option, Mr. Dodge accepted a position with an agricultural division of Eli
Lilly called Elanco. While at Elanco, he sold feed supplies to cattle producers where he
earned the prestigious "Mac Award".
As an avid student of success principles and personal development, Bryan moved to
Minneapolis and started Results Inc., a company that promoted Tom Hopkins Seminars
throughout the United States and Canada. As his Company grew to more than 160 employees he
decided to relocate to Dallas. Here in Dallas he added another division called Results
Educational Network. This division filled stadiums in 6 major cities featuring the most
sought after national motivational personalities such as: Lou Holtz, Terry Bradshaw, Brian
Tracy, Og Mandino, Roger Dawson, and Roger Staubach. After 12 very successful years, he
sold the Results Educational Network to another national promoter.
Bryan practices what he teaches when he says he goes home to his first job, being an
involved and dedicated father and husband; viewing his speaking career as his second job.
Bryan and his wife Margaret have three children. He is very active in coaching soccer and
football and working with kids in YMCA programs. Outside of his love for reading, Bryan's
hobbies are mostly outdoor activities such as rodeo, hunting and skiing.
